Portal 2's recently released level-editing DLC, The Perpetual Testing Initiative, is quite the powerful tool for level creation. In this video, originally uploaded by famed level creator TopHATTwaffle and recorded during the expansion's beta, we are shown how easy it is to go from a blank space to a playable level. The engine seamlessly switches between the editor and playthrough modes seamlessly without a hitch, even uploading the levels to the game's main server and allowing players to browse through other levels in a slick interface that blends in with Steam's UI.
